Hey everybody. Today I am talking about the abs workout that is very helpful for both men and women. So, this is a 5 Min Lower Ab Workout for Women and Men - 5 Minute Lower Abs Belly Fat Flattener Stomach Workout.


Workout Without Equipment

There's no equipment required for this workout but you may want to use a mat for comfort. I'm going to be doing the intermediate through advanced exercises. Let's shit the ground and get right into this thing going into a high plank position.


First Exercise For Lower Abs Workout

First of all, you need to go to be on your knees and I will be on my feet were both going to bring our knee up and then the twist in return knee comes up twist you're a torso that knee in and return it back to the starting position keeping your core tight back straight and as always making sure to breathe you got it, guys.

High Plank Position
