PIMPLES AND ACNE |
I wanted to provide you top ten Home
Remedies For Pimples and Acne that you can start incorporating today, and they
are natural, organic, and safe remedies. Some of these products you may have in
your cupboards, in your pantry, or in your bathroom right now, and they are
much safer.
Number One Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider vinegar is a great toner and is
a wonderful way to refresh your skin throughout the day. If you are looking for
a healthier alternative to the toner you were using before, apple cider vinegar
mixed with water can actually help to tone the skin.
Mix one part apple cider
vinegar to three parts water and apply it directly to your skin. Wait a few
minutes and then rinse off with water. I would say maybe fifteen to twenty
minutes or so and rinse off with water.
Number Two Baking Soda
Baking Soda is really great. A lot of
people currently use baking soda as part of their daily skin regimen or weekly
skin regimen now. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with one tablespoon of water,
and apply that to the affected acne-prone or acne area that you have. Let that
sit on the skin and allow that to dry and once that is dry you can remove with
warm water.
Number Three Citrus Fruits
Citrus fruits are absolutely wonderful.
This is the third natural acne remedy that you can try. These are your limes
and your lemons. Take half of a lime or half of a lemon – take the juice of
that – and use a Q-tip or a cotton ball to apply it directly to the skin. Wait
for it to dry and once it dries, rinse off with warm water.
The reason why citrus fruits are so great
is that they have tons of anti-bacterial properties so they are killing all the
bacteria that are stuck within your clogged pores and can help rid them of the
bacteria. Another major anti-bacterial product that you could potentially have
in your cupboards right now is honey.
Number Four Using Honey
Honey is excellent at killing bacteria.
What you can do is rinse your face with warm water and while your face is still
wet, take the honey and apply it directly to the acne-affected area and leave
on for about fifteen to twenty minutes and then rinse off. Pat your face dry.
Number Five Coconut Oil
Coconut Oil is wonderful. Coconut oil not
only has anti-bacterial properties but also the anti-fungal properties. It is a
great substitute for removing makeup. It acts as a moisturizer.
I like to use it sometimes at the end of
the night as a moisturizer. If you are struggling with finding a moisturizer
that has these anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, give coconut oil a
try; it is excellent to use in the evenings.
Number Six Aloe Vera Gel Or Juice
The Sixth One is actually two different
products but I am going to call it one product because I feel like it is just
one; it comes from the same plant and, it is, aloe vera. You can either use the
gel or juice. There are many ways to use them.
You can either take the gel or the juice
and apply it with a cotton ball or a Q-tip directly to the acne-affected area
and leave on for fifteen to twenty minutes. Some people actually leave the gel
on their face as a moisturizer. It is anti-fungal, it is great with scars, and
it is wonderful.
Number Seven Bentonite Clay
Number Seven is a favorite of mine and that
is bentonite clay. I love this stuff. It is wonderful. It is another one of
those anti-bacterial products that work to shrink your pores, tighten your
pores, tighten your face, and tighten any part of your body with repeated use.
It helps to stimulate those cells and helps
in removing dead skin cells, as well. Do exactly what the products say which is
to mix equal parts of the clay with either water or apple cider vinegar and
apply it directly to the affected area.
Leave for fifteen to twenty minutes or
until your skin feels tight and the product has dried and you are feeling that
tingly feeling and rinse off with warm water. This is great for scars as well,
this is great for existing blemishes; this is just a really wonderful product
to use.
Another thing is bentonite clay can be
applied all over or it can be used as a spot treatment; depending on what you
are looking for and what you need, you can determine how much to actually use.
Number Eight is Turmeric
Turmeric is antibacterial, as well, and can
help fade acne scars. Mix one part turmeric to two parts of natural yogurt and
apply it to your skin. You are going to remove it after fifteen minutes with
warm water. Turmeric is one of those natural products you can find in most
health food stores or grocery stores. The only caveat is turmeric can stain
your skin and your clothing so be really careful.
Number Nine is Green Tea
Boil the water, place the water in the cup.
Steep a green tea bag within that boiled water for several minutes. Then take
the bag out and allow it to cool. Open the bag and remove the leaves. Mash the
leaves with honey – about a tablespoon of honey – and create this paste.
You are going to apply this green tea honey
paste over the affected areas and leave on for twenty to thirty minutes and
then rinse off with warm water. You are essentially making yourself this mask
that has not only the antibacterial effects from the green tea but also the
antibacterial effects from the honey.
Green tea is wonderful. If you have it in
your cabinet and you have honey in your cabinet, this is probably something you
can do relatively quickly.
The Very Last Natural Product that I have
for you that helps with removing acne scars and helps with keeping acne at bay
is yogurt. If you have this in your refrigerator today, kudos to you. This is
plain, organic, natural yogurt that you want to use.
It has those anti-bacterial products that
almost all these other products I mentioned have and it works to restore the pH
of your skin. You can apply this to your face, to your neck, to your booty, to
your back, to your chest, to your stomach, wherever the case may be, the skin’s
pH is going to be restored once you use this product.

Apply it to the affected area evenly and
you are going to leave it on for about ten to fifteen minutes and then rinse it
off with warm water. Pretty straight-forward.
Yogurt has that lactic acid property and
that is great for speeding up that process of exfoliating your skin and removing
dead skin cells which is something that is really important when it comes to
acne and preventing breakouts. Give those a try, let me know what you guys
think. OK, talk to you guys later. Bye!
